Anyone married for a Universal Life Church Officiant in WI?
We are thinking of having one of our friends to be sorted through Universal Life Church. However, it seems WI makes this a bit complicated. Anyone have any experience or advice?!
I know this is not going to be chosen as best answer but it is a tip! In Alaska, where I live, anyone can perform a wedding, as long as they know both people to marry. They go to court and get permission to marry with them. Why not take a trip to Alaska, have a wedding on holiday here, take advantage of to allow the marriage thingy, and be able to tell a great story to their children someday? Any time of year is so good. Rent a cozy cabin in the winter or getting married on a glacier in summer. There are some impressive places historical distance are the perfect setting for a wedding, among them Kennecott Alaska in the middle of Wrangell St. Elias National Park. It is an old copper mine town mill, with stunning views, slow pace of life, and plenty of opportunities for fun things like the flight, hiking, glacier climbing, exploring, and away from around the world (easily tell your persistent laws can not call because their cells do not work there, though most likely). Indeed, I worked there, but do not even live there anymore so I do not understand any of this is just my hometown and I like to tell people about it.
