Whole Life Insurance Pros And Cons
Should I take over the family insurance business? Or work as an agent for someone else my whole life?
I’m at a crossroads in life, go back to work in the family business and eventually own it one day, or be an employee my whole life… pros and cons?
Depends on you. If you are self motivated, very organized, have the financial backing then you can probably do it with the family. If, however, you need either personal or financial backing, with other people to talk about issues with, probably best to stay working for someone else.
i did have my own for a while, and after 2 years decided I really don’t work well alone. Yes, my salary is less than it was when on my own, but it’s worth it not to have to worry about taxes/employees/rent, etc.
