Whole Life Term Life Insurance

What is the differance between Life Insurance and Term Life insurance?

All life is where you have different payment options to pay their premiums. You can make a single lump sum payment, make payments in installments, as 20 years (20 pay-call life), or continually pay for life until the age of 100. Any that is the payment you choose, you're covered for life. Whole life also has an element of cash value attached to it. It is important to know that all life insurance are Term Insurance. Whole life insurance has two parts: 1) is term insurance and 2) the cash value. At the beginning of the policy, term insurance is cheap. Thus, most of their premiums are going to enter the cash value. Of course it's monthly expenses to keep politics and is only known by the company. As you get older, period is expensive, at least your premiums goes toward cash value. If you want to use the cash value for any reason, you can borrow. Like other loans, as mortgages, will have to pay monthly interest on it. The monthly interest you pay does not re-enter the cash value. If someday not want the insurance of life, you have rescue options. 1) You can take the cash value of a check. 2) You can use the cash value to buy a lower face amount. 3) You can use the cash value to pay premiums for a number of years. If you die, you lose all your cash value. For me, that's why I hate whole life insurance a lot. With term insurance, all that is strictly the insurance payment. No cash value, hence the term insurance premiums are very cheap. From its low cost of buying time, you have flexibility to invest the difference (either in a 401k, IRA, education plans, etc.) If you die during the term, the beneficiary receives the death benefit and investment. If they survive to the word, then you have the option to renew, cancel, or change the amount of coverage. For more information, go here: http://obe231.blogspot.com
